Havstead was created to help organisations make better decisions about property and built-form assets.
We believe capital maintenance planning and budgeting should be clear, practical and evidence-based. Clients should understand what assets they have, what condition they are in, what risks exist and what level of funding is required now and into the future.
We help organisations manage property and built-form asset risk with confidence through evidence-based condition and compliance assessment, costed lifecycle capital maintenance planning, strategic asset planning, maintenance governance and capital works delivery.

Josh is a co-founder of Havstead, helping property leaders make more informed decisions about the assets they own, operate and are responsible for over the long term.
With experience across construction, project management, asset management and facilities management, Josh has worked with large and complex property portfolios across Australia, including aged care, retirement living, commercial, infrastructure and community service assets.
His expertise spans asset data structuring, condition assessment, lifecycle modelling, maintenance strategy and long-term capital planning.
